I also have a leak in my niner that I suspect is from my sunroof. I'm gonna pull my headliner down in the spring so I can get better look and make sure it is the sunroof. I did find this site that sells replacement gaskets for the sunroof. http://www.sunroofdoctor.com/

Texted hubs and when it happened on ours the seal was not available alone through Jeep and we couldn't find one quickly anywhere else at the time, so we ended up replacing the sunroof glass which included the seal. We didn't want to ruin the headliner since that was also not available and the car was outside in the Fl rainy season!
Stock and availability could be different now but that's what we went through. Good luck with it.
