Hi buddy. Sorry for the tardy reply but although I'm not too familiar with the 3.7, my first thought is a dead oxygen sensor on one bank.
If you've already repaired it please let us know your fix!...

My Jeep is long gone now, Shocks were HD Bilsteins which are easy to find, but the springs I ran were Australian Made "Kings" brand. I'd imagine not available in...

The symptoms don't sound like an engine running well besides having a valve issue.
A V8 with only one burnt valve wouldn't drive drastically different to a healthy engine.

A good repairer will fix your Jeep as good as new. Don't fret too much. Ensure you research the repairer and tell them that you're completely anal and will return the job if it's not up to standard....
