I'm in Pa. also...have been tinting my vehicles for the last 15 years or so. Never had a problem w/state inspection. Just don't go darker than stock rear tint(I think it's around 18%).

Called sirius today,didn't get an extension,but they issued me 9 months credit (I've had the vehicle 9 months w/out Travel link) towards next years premium. Only $17 and change,but what the heck.

Mine took close to 1/2 hour. Be patient,let it do it's thing. You sort of have to stay with it the whole time,because there are some prompts you have to answer.

I also checked w/dealer about RHB update,since I fall into the same range of build dates. My build sheet reads "RHBS",did not have Travel Link on window sticker either,so I guess we are out of luck.

Frost interior is no problem to speak of. Driver's seat(I'm the only one in the truck) takes about a minute every couple of weeks to clean off the faint blue stain.

I get the same occasional 'clunk' about 37MPH under very light throttle,agree,sounds like torque converter issue. So far(4500 mi.) no issue w/shudder.
