Garagetool,
I have tried to find info on the TYCO versions you reference. Where did you get those or do you have any additional info?

Thanks
Not sure if you ever found the TYCO but Amazon has a brand TYC that claims a direct replacement for the Mopar number for the LED fog lights.

Thanks to all for doing the leg work on this. I've found a pair on ebay for $ 159.00 US. 0 time take offs from an emergency lighting upgrade. They will be going on to a '14 WK2 Overland. I'll post a follow up once they're installed. From what I've seen on the newer GC's with the LED fogs I'm optimistic.

I did find the TYC lights and installed them a few months ago. They are working great with no issues.
I couldn't find any of those killa Ebay deals like some have so..of all places...Newegg had the TYC brand for $98/each free shipping. Should be here next Monday.

Well just my luck!!!! Newegg had a data breach. My credit card info could have stolen.....they'll let me know. I called American express already and they will keep an eye for suspicious activity. Oi vey! Might want to avoid them right now...haha

Damn. I have the LED fogs installed and once the engine is running they flicker. It's looks my '14 is a late model year one. When tested with the engine off, the light is far superior to stock H11 projectors.

The local stealership has new owners so I will see them about the re-flash. If I end up going with an anti flicker harness will the Putco 760011AF Anti-Flicker Harness work?

The reflash option isn't available on my model. The new owners' tech actually took the time to speak with me. He wasn't surprised, pre '15 models are hit and miss for the option. The Putco H11 harnesses are in place and the fog lighting improvement is huge. Count me in the group that feels that the OEM or OEM like upgrade is the way to go.

I just finished reading all 547 posts, lot's of good info here!

So I have the Yellow Philips X-treme Ultinon H11 LEDS in the OEM housing at the moment.
Ideally I'd like my fog lights to be yellow, has anyone tried to convert the SRT Fogs by means of a coating or a yellow filter of sorts? After all the Philips LEDS I have are merely the white version with a yellow sleeve over them.

I am going to try and find a black friday deal on these SRT LED Fogs, but in the meantime I'm going to do some research on how to safely make them yellow, without cutting down on their lifespan. I appreciate any help or input!

Additionally, will the dealer BCM flash to "Premium LED" mess with my GDE tune at all?

Coming from the Subaru community, I know this has been used with success.

I just received two foglights that I bought on eBay and they are the real deal, for $215/set shipped! They appear to be band new.

The seller has 8 lights/ 4 sets left at the time of posting this.

Those are a good buy, but they show as “new/other” under condition and in the description it says “used with normal scratches”

That threw me off as well, but the parts I received look to be brand new. They did come just wrapped in bubble wrap and not in a fancy mopar box though.

Maybe they're New Take-Offs? I read somewhere..probably this thread...a guy said he got a good deal on some take-offs. Something about the cars were being converted to police or emergency vehicles??

Installed them today, it was super easy, although I did cheat and took the bumper cover off (had to to install the Chief Lower front guard).

They do flicker on my 2015 Summit, so it's a good thing the anti flicker module comes in tomorrow.

Here are some pics of the lamin-X and the final installed lights.

Ordered the SRT LED fog lamps from MOPAR America (68228884AC). Installed in my 2014 Overland. Install was easy. Took tires off, unscrewed the 10mm bolt, pulled one plug, folded liner/shield back, and installed new unit. WOW! What a difference the LED fog lamps make in looks and lighting. No flickering after 1 week.

Thanks to everyone's posts my install went flawlessly on my 2015 High Altitude. I found a set of two on ebay for $225 total that were brand new in the original Mopar packaging.

WOW! -what an amazing difference from the old fog lights. I find my self not using my high beams as the light output with fogs and low beams is actually better. Also the aforementioned Putco anti-flicker harness is the best way to go by far. I tried another brand that looked nicer but crapped out after a day. the Putcos have been going strong even after a week of driving in heavy non-stop rain.

My only tip for the install (apologize for lack of pictures) is that when removing the old light you will notice a small plastic flap pushing against the back of the clip that holds the light in the bracket. I found that if you pry away the plastic flap prior to trying to squeeze in the clip, it makes it 1000% easier - It appears to act as a lock against the clip. Also as long as you can release 3 of the 4 clips the 4th can be easily jiggled off by hand.
